We have a stable and professional R&D engineering team of 98 people, including 41 high and middle school level software and hardware R&D engineers, all from the R&D engineering department of major Taiwanese wireless communication and electronic manufacturing factories, with rich R&D and engineering experience. There are 57 technicians, either from a large electronics factory in Taiwan or who have been practicing at the grassroots level of our company for many years, with proficient skills. Technical teams collaborate with each other, and technical exchanges and mutual learning are becoming a common practice.

SMT production process

SMT chip mounting processing is a series of process technologies that are processed on the basis of PCBs, with advantages such as high mounting accuracy and fast speed. The SMT chip processing process mainly includes printing, chip mounting, solidification, reflow soldering, testing, repair, etc. Multiple processes are carried out in an orderly manner to complete the entire chip processing process.

SFC system

The SFC system is also known as the workshop job management system. It implements electronic data monitoring at every stage, collects on-site production data, monitors the status of various production indicators in real-time, and traces problematic products. It utilizes data from the workshop and other data processing files to maintain and transmit various status information of production orders and work centers. The sub functions of workshop job management include: arranging the order of various production orders, maintaining the quantity information of work-in-process, transmitting production order status information, providing actual input and output data for capacity control, providing inventory and financial accounting with work-in-process quantity information classified by location and production order, measuring the effectiveness, utilization, and productivity of labor and machinery equipment, and quality traceability.

Workshop equipment display

The existing production equipment and technology have reached the advanced level of domestic and foreign peers, mainly including American DEK fully automatic printing machines, Siemens D series high-speed SMT machines, Heller thirteen temperature zone reflow soldering furnaces, etc. It can be used to mount mounting components for 0201 and 01005, as well as BGA and other ultra-high precision patches with a foot pitch of 0.3mm. It also has related supporting equipment such as AOI, X-RAY, 3D solder paste thickness gauge, visual routing divider, V-CUT divider, etc. Has strong comprehensive supporting processing and production capacity.
